Product Introduction

Overview

The bending plate load cell is a patented product of integral and dynamic strain type load cell independently developed and produced by our company (Patent Nos.: ZL 2008 2 0042578.3 and ZL 2010 2 0170029.1), and has obtained the manufacturing license for measuring instruments issued by the state (Guangdong License No.: 00000545). This product is mainly used in highway weigh-in-motion toll collection systems and high-speed pre-inspection systems, enabling real-time monitoring of vehicle axle loads and providing accurate weight data for road management departments and administrative law enforcement. During use, two bending plate load cells are usually installed in one lane, and the load cells are mounted in a steel bracket, with the entire bracket grouted into a shallow groove on the road surface using epoxy resin. This product has been well received by highway management and administrative law enforcement departments due to its advantages such as high weighing accuracy, good long-term stability, and long service life.
