3.Functional Characteristics

• Using digital wireless transmission, it completely avoids the phenomenon of lead wires being crushed, making it more convenient for customers to use. The wireless transmission technology with ultra-high carrier frequency greatly improves the anti-interference ability of the system, providing technical support for the dynamic measurement accuracy of the system.

• It has three working modes (road administration, traffic police, and eight ministries and commissions) and a printing mode, which can be set according to the "Regulations on the Administration of Overloaded Transport Vehicles on Highways" (No. 62 of 2016) of the Ministry of Transport.

• The two weighing platforms are calibrated separately, with 10-point correction, greatly improving the accuracy of the product.

• It has functions such as time and date display, vehicle number and ticket number input, and battery level monitoring and indication for the instrument and two weighing platforms.

• Vehicle speed display (unit: Km/h).

• Using floating zero technology and zero tracking technology, it completely eliminates zero drift.

• It can measure up to 20 axles sequentially.

• The instrument's micro printer can print data such as the inspection unit, time, date, number, axle weight, axle group weight, measured total weight, approved load capacity, overload value, overload rate, and inspector, which can be used as law enforcement evidence.

• It uses a standard RS-232 interface, facilitating connection with a computer, and can store 1000 sets of data in a single unit.

• It is equipped with an AC charger and a vehicle charger, with a built-in high-capacity battery, and can perform hundreds of inspections after a single charge.
