The Hualan foil-type resistance strain gauge consists of four main components: a substrate, a sensitive grid, an adhesive layer, and a protective coating. Crafted from 0.005mm-thick metal foil through etching, its ultra-thin sensitive grid effectively captures surface deformation, ensuring high measurement accuracy. Customizable versions are available in 60-5000 ohm ranges. This technology is widely used in weighing instruments, industrial force measurement systems, stress analysis testing, and high-temperature melt pressure sensors.
