Product Introduction

Metal foil resistance strain gauges are the core sensitive chips of various strain sensors. Hualanhai's resistance strain gauges have a 25-year development history. Resistance strain gauges are divided into industrial precision resistance strain gauges and consumer resistance strain gauges. Precision resistance strain gauges use imported foil materials through strict heat treatment processes and modified phenolic aldehyde substrates, enabling the creep, hysteresis, and temperature performance of sensors to reach within 0.007%. Consumer electronics strain gauges have high production capacity and cost-effectiveness. In 2023, Hualanhai developed medium and high temperature strain gauges for use at 200°C, which are more suitable for high temperature pressure sensors within 200°C. The resistance ranges from 60 to 3000 ohms, the sensitive grid size ranges from 0.5 to 100mm, the temperature ranges from -50 to 200°C, and the production capacity can reach one million pieces per day, with most processes achieving automation or semi-automation.

Hualanhai's foil resistance strain gauges are mainly composed of four parts: substrate, sensitive grid, adhesive, and protective layer, and are etched from 0.005mm thick metal foil. The sensitive grid is very thin, which can better reflect the deformation of the component surface, thus ensuring high measurement accuracy. Strain gauges with a resistance of 60 to 5000 ohms can be customized; they are widely used in various weighing instruments, industrial force measurement, stress analysis testing, and sensors for high temperature melt pressure, etc.
