The Hualan foil-type resistance strain gauge consists of four main components: a substrate, a sensitive grid, an adhesive layer, and a protective coating. Crafted from 0.005mm-thick metal foil through etching, its ultra-thin sensitive grid effectively captures surface deformation patterns, ensuring high measurement accuracy. Customizable versions are available in resistance ranges from 60 to 5000 ohms. This technology is widely used in precision scales, industrial force measurement systems, stress analysis testing equipment, and high-temperature melt pressure sensors.
